Description
Hotel Paříž was built in 1904 according to the plans of an architect Jan Vejrych and it represents one of the symbols of "Belle Époque" in Prague. The chosen name for the hotel directly refers to an inspiration by a modern style
of the French capital. However, as is characteristic for the entire Central Europe, the resulting architecture combines an Art Nouveau decoration of the façade with Neo-Gothic architectural forms of the actual building.
