Goulash comes from the Hungarian cuisine. The Czech version differs in being accompanied by dumplings rather than pasta. It often has different variations with pork
or beef. Recently, cooks have started seasoning the dish with grated horseradish or chili pepper. Dumplings can be replaced or combined with potato pancakes.
